Friday, February 5th, 2010

Shoes are used by both men and women to protect their feet. It is the foot that gives us balance and ambulation. Shoes cover our foot entirely and also give it a shape. It saves our foot from sharp objects and high temperatures. Shoes are being worn by people going to work, by college and school students and fashion lovers. The shoes worn by first two kinds are different from the third kind. Shoes used by office-goers need to be formal. One cannot go to one’s office wearing sports shoes. Fashion lovers use the designed shoes while going to parties, pubs and clubs. The first shoe to be used by many people is the sandal shoe. Then only shoes were worn in a large scale. This started with the help of mass production which gave a way to sell these shoes at cheap prices. Shoes are made from leather and canvas nowadays. Shoes are normally of three types: those worn by men alone, by women only and by both.
